Since 2012, Balance Center Physical Therapy has offered a wide range of treatment options for residents in Northern Colorado including Fort Collins, Loveland, Wellington, Windsor and Greeley.

Our Team 

Wanda Simmons, PT, TPS, CEEAA

Wanda Simmons, PT, CEEAA, has practiced Physical Therapy in Fort Collins for over 30 years in Orthopedics, Sports Medicine and Geriatrics.  Now focused on improving the health and well-being of the aging adult with emphasis on treatment of those with balance difficulty, osteoporosis, post-concussion syndrome, dizziness, vestibular dysfunction and orthopedic problems, she is dedicated to providing consistent, individualized treatment programs, utilizing evidence-based treatment protocols and emphasizing patient education.  She earned her Certified Exercise Expert for Aging Adults (CEEAA) in 2012, has been certified to teach 'Osteo-Circuit' since 2015 and became a Therapeutic Pain Specialist in 2018.

Cozette Seaver PT, TPS

Cozette has practiced Physcial Therapy in Northern Colorado for 25+ years. She specializes in lymphedema management, pain syndromes, and has recently received her certification in pain neuroscience.
